I first attended Sutton Place Physical Therapy due to pain in my foot. I am not back seeing Madelyn and taking Pilates. I have NEVER taken Pilates before and I must admit, I LOVE it.
I first attended Sutton Place Physical Therapy due to pain in my foot. I am not back seeing Madelyn and taking Pilates. I have NEVER taken Pilates before and I must admit, I LOVE it. Madelyn is an amazing instructor and a personal trainer. While we are socially distant, I can not believe how much stronger I feel in just two sessions. I can't wait to go back each week.
