We have always been committed to helping our patients live healthier lives, but for the first time we have the opportunity to provide more than generalized advice and education. 
 
For the next 3 months, we will be beta testing a unique weight loss /personal health coaching program, harnessing the technology of activity trackers, such as Fitbit or Nike FuelBand, and the personalized touch of one-on-one health coaching.
