RockBlades
RockBlades are instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization tools that can be used in combination with manual, hands-on soft tissue work. With different applications of pressure by the therapist, RockBlades can be used to decrease tension within the fascia around the body. They also are effective at decreasing inflammation and pain, as well as improving function with various joints.
