Utilizing exercise modalities including free weights, TRX body weight training, Pilates Reformer, Treadmill and recumbent bike training, pool and aquatic training, postural alignment and balance training, your one on one wellness session with an SPPT physical therapist will emphasize strength, flexibility, balance, safety, and function customized to your fitness goals.
